Delivery is free with minimum spending of SGD70 in a single receipt and to one location within Singapore.
For purchases below SGD70, there will be a flat local delivery charge of SGD10 per location. This will be reflected upon checkout.
1 to 3 business days (provided item is in stock and delivery is within Singapore). Delivery time is between Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm.
Deliveries on weekends and public holidays can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.You can select the preferred date and time that you wish to have your order. However, should we require more time to have your order sorted, we will inform you in advance. It will usually take 2 working days.

3 HOURS SAME-DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY
Free express delivery is available if you spend over SGD300 in a single transaction. For orders below SGD300, there will be a SGD20 express delivery fee.
It is only available on weekdays Monday - Friday. Saturday delivery is subjected to availability.

International orders are sent with DHL or UPS, and can only be delivered to a street address. We do not ship via express to PO boxes.
We do not accept responsibility for delays or lost-in-transits. We only post items to the addresses provided.
All orders placed and paid after 12pm on Friday to Sunday will be processed Monday or Tuesday the following week.
Orders will take 1-3 business days to process before it gets shipped out of our fulfillment center.

WHY DID MY ORDER TAKE LONGER THAN THE STIPULATED TIMING?
We make it a point to ensure every order goes as planned, to fulfil our delivery timing promises. However, there are factors that may cause a delay in delivery from our delivery agents' end. We seek your understanding on this and you can be assured that we will do our best to minimise such occurrences. We will not be held liable for any delay in delivery that is not within our means of control.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
There is strictly no return or refund on all purchases with the exception of manufacturer’s defects. Items with manufacturer’s defects must be returned in original packaging within 7 days from date of receipt. This can be exchanged for a similar value item or refunded at the purchase price. This refund will be done in accordance with the original payment mode.
Original delivery and/or handling charges are non-refundable. Any additional delivery charges incurred are to be borne by the customer.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of used merchandise or items damaged through normal wear and tear.
HOW TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the reason for return, and whether you’d prefer an exchange or refund. Please wait for official authorisation from JK&T Equipment Pte Ltd, as a return/refund on online purchases can only be processed with proper documentation.
