Account Manager

• Understand the process of microtunneling and its supporting scope, such as polymer concrete pipes, automated lubrication, slurry management, gyro navigation and others.

• Understand customers’ project requirements and assist in designing and proposing suitable solutions.

• Support the team by providing technical information to potential clients.

• Support the team in ensuring all deliverables of the system are achieved during and after setup.

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (or related studies).

• Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• Resourceful, analytical and creative in problem solving.

• Strong engineering/technical knowledge.

• Team player with good leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• Able to handle outdoor environment.

• Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.

As an Administrative Executive, you will be responsible for administrative duties in the daily operations of the company. Key responsibilities will include the following:

• Keep close track of inventory and ensure timely purchase of goods when required.
• Process online orders daily and work with colleagues to ensure goods are ready to be
shipped to customers on time.
• Plan and organise packing schedule for part-time staff as and when necessary.
• Manage data entry such as issue Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoice etc.
• Manage incoming phone calls and correspondences (i.e. e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Provide general administrative support, ensure good function of office facilities and equipment, and coordinate office activities to ensure the efficient operation of the company.
• Provide assistance and adhoc duties that may be assigned whenever necessary.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or relevant. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task is a must.
• Team player with good communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
